After graduating law school, Marisol R. Lugo, Esq. started her career as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable William D. Missouri, Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court in Prince George’s County, Maryland and the 7th Judicial Circuit.  Ms. Lugo has practiced as an International Trade Associate for a boutique international trade firm in Washington D.C. representing clients in trade remedy and regulatory compliance cases before the U.S. International Trade Administration, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  Ms. Lugo has litigated appeals of antidumping duty assessments and Customs-related issues before the U.S. Court of International Trade and has represented clients before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in government contract disputes. 

Ms. Lugo currently assists with the firm’s trademark/copyright matters and oppositions, including prosecution and litigation before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in trademark and other non-patent matters.  Ms. Lugo is admitted to practice before the United States Court of International Trade, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
